What's Available
We offer a range of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living options (SIL) across the Greater Sydney region. All homes are fully accessible with a mix of styles including; shared house, self-contained units and one, two and three-bedroom villas.
Every home is staffed 24/7 and has access to a range of specialist supports including; health, clinical and positive behaviour support and our service teams are highly skilled and experienced and ensure residents live in a safe and happy home environment.

All properties provide residents with a comfortable and independent space and our team can support you with day-to-day tasks such as;

Cleaning and laundry

Personal care such as showering and dressing

Social networks and pursuing interests
Residents are part of the household routines and decisions and this is done through a weekly meeting to discuss what's working and what isn't working so well.

Housing that has been designed to incorporate a high level of physical access provision for people with significant physical impairment

Housing that has been designed to incorporate a high level of physical access provision and be very resilient, reducing the likelihood of reactive maintenance and reducing the risk to the participant and the community
high physical
Housing that has been designed to incorporate a high level of physical access provision for people with significant physical impairment and requiring very high levels of support

How To Apply
Step One
Contact the QHC Intake team @ intake@qualityhealthcare.com.au or
call us on (02) 9598 6000 to discuss the property in more detail and lodge your interest.
We will ask you to complete a participant profile form to assist us to determine matching with available vacancies.
Step Two
Organise a viewing of the property
by liaising with the QHC Intake team on (02) 9598 6000 or intake@qualityhealthcare.com.au
Step Three
If you think the property is right for you complete an application form and share your NDIS Plan with
the QHC Intake team as well as any other relevant reports and assessment documents.
Step Four
Once we get confirmation of SIL funding and the required SDA level we can submit a Roster of Care to the NDIS. Once approved and your plan is confirmed you can move into your new home
