About Us

Founded in 1999 we are a company that has come a long way in a short period of time. People are looking for support that is genuine and reliable and we offer this and much more. We specialise in disability, mental health and ageing – particularly working with people who at risk of entering long-term institutional care, helping them to stay in their own homes.

We have a staff team of more than 250 people and we are a passionate, qualified, highly skilled and diverse group that can work across a number of areas and locations. Since our early beginnings we have built a strong profile and a trusted reputation as a provider that gets results. Our service footprint covers the Sydney region and we have services located in the Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney and areas around Campbelltown. We offer a broad range of supports and services from these locations.

We provide specialist in-home, disability and community care services throughout Sydney and beyond. Our services are individually tailored to meet the needs and wants of the clients we assist, in an environment that is caring, friendly and supportive.

For your safety and peace of mind, our staff undergo rigorous checks including Working With Children and Criminal Record Checks. Our clinical staff are accredited; complying with Australian Standards and NDIA quality standards.

We are committed to resolving complaints in an ethical, confidential, and timely manner. Your feedback will be treated confidentially, and only involve the people needed to help find a resolution. We view feedback as a positive opportunity to improve the quality of our services.

We value your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect personal information. We adhere to strict privacy policies and guidelines when it comes to handling your personal information and only collect personal information from you that is necessary for us to do our job.

Quality Health Care was founded by brothers; Brendan Collins and Danny Collins who believed there was room in the market for a provider who offered exceptional service, could work in partnership with clients and deliver quality outcomes that meet individual needs and preferences.
