Each villa has their own kitchen and shared living spaces and there is also a communal annex that offers another kitchen and a shared dining area and living space. The Village is a new property that offers private spaces and several communal areas for residents and has a communal feel with all villas facing neighbours. It is well equipped and has a large outdoor entertaining area, gym, entertaining deck and vegetable garden for residents.
