We are seeking robust individuals who are committed to providing high quality and person- centred care in challenging environments. Our team will be comprehensively trained, supported, and expertly guided by management and a clinical team.
Our Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader and Support Worker positions are to guide and inspire people with Physical High-Care Complex, Intellectual disabilities / Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.

To Succeed you will need
∙Cert IV or equivalent industry experience (minimum requirement for Team Leader role is a Diploma)
∙At least 6 months experience within a group home setting
∙Personal care experience
∙Good availability to work during days, nights and weekends
∙A passion for providing person centred care
∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∙NDIS and Working With Children Checks
∙Valid Working Visa
